Lions Add American Punter Shane McDonough to Camp Roster
April 19, 2024 - (Vancouver)- The BC Lions announced today the signing of American punter Shane McDonough to the training camp roster. McDonough (6'1, 210 lbs)- the native of Clearwater, Florida earned an invite to the Hula Bowl and attended mini-camp with the Green Bay Packers in 2023 after playing his senior season of college at North Carolina State. April 19, 2024 - TORONTO - The Canadian Football League (CFL) has levied fines against the Hamilton Tiger-Cats, Winnipeg Blue Bombers and BC Lions for exceeding the league's Salary Expenditure Cap in 2023. With no team exceeding the cap by more than $100,000, the selection order for the 2024 CFL Draft on April 30 remains unaffected. April 19, 2024 - Montreal - The Montreal Alouettes announced Friday that the team has signed a deal with American defensive lineman Jordan Wright. Wright (6'5", 233 lbs.) played 54 career games in six seasons with the Kentucky Wildcats. He totalled 168 career tackles, including 25 for loss.
