Bridgewater, NJ - The Somerset Patriots have announced the signing of catcher/infielder Gabriel Bracamonte for the 2019 season. Bracamonte was signed from the Atlantic League Player Showcase held in Lakeland Florida from Friday, March 29th through Sunday, March 31st and has been invited to join the team at its upcoming Spring Training at TD Bank Ballpark.
